What was breaking?

A streamer collective wanted a multi-map cluster with cross-map tribe data. Their old provider could not get cluster IDs syncing reliably.

Solution

How we built it

We deployed a three-map cluster with a shared cluster directory, tuned the Unreal Engine settings for streamer cameras, and built a cross-map transfer cooldown to keep raid dynamics fair on stream.

Outcome

What changed

Cluster transfers stable across all three maps, average stream chat reported zero "server lag" complaints during the launch week, and the collective hit 6,000 unique viewers in the first weekend.
