3 questionsHow fast can my server be online after I pay?
Most provisioning is complete within 60–90 minutes of payment for Minecraft, Palworld, and CS2. Heavier modlists or custom Rust plugin stacks may take a few hours. You will see live progress in your order chat.
Is this a subscription?
No — every plan is a single, one-time engagement. You pay once and we deliver the server, the panel access, the admin guide PDF, and a Loom walkthrough.
Which games do you support?
Officially we cover Minecraft, Rust, CS2, and Palworld. We also commonly take ARK, Valheim, Project Zomboid, Terraria, and Factorio on a case-by-case basis — message us before purchase to confirm.
Setup
3 questionsDo you install mods and plugins for me?
Yes. Submit your modlist or pack URL after purchase and we install, test, and resolve conflicts before handing off. You get a clean Pterodactyl panel where you can hot-swap mods later.
What does the admin guide PDF include?
Plan-specific operations: panel walkthrough, restart procedures, backup restore, mod swaps, plugin permission edits, and a community moderation cheat sheet. Each guide is personalised to your install.
Do I own the server when you are done?
Yes. You receive full Pterodactyl panel access and root credentials where applicable. You can take backups, migrate, or change providers at any time — there is no lock-in.

We accept Visa and Mastercard via Authorize.Net. Payments are tokenised and we never store raw card numbers on our servers.

2 questionsWhat if I need changes after launch?
Open the chat on your order page. The admin team replies live; small tweaks (config changes, plugin updates, permission edits) within the first 14 days are included for every plan.
Can I attach files in the order chat?
Yes — drop modlists, logs, screenshots, or zip files directly into the order chat. Attachments are scoped to your order and only your admin contact can read them.
Security
2 questionsHow is DDoS protection handled?
Every plan ships with network-level mitigation. Higher tiers route through scrubbing centers and have Tier-1 protection of up to 1 Tbps. We can show you the dashboards in your handoff Loom.
Where is data stored?
Backups live in the same region as your server and a second region for redundancy on Citadel and Stronghold plans. No customer game data leaves the regions you choose.
