Challenge
What was breaking?
A trash-mob of cheaters was killing retention. Wipes took six hours of admin time and crashes spiked twice a day during peak.
Solution
How we built it
We rebuilt their stack on a pinned, single-thread-tuned core, tightened Oxide plugin selection, wired EAC alerts to Discord, and automated weekly wipes with map preview links. We added a watchdog that snapshots and restarts on segfault.
Outcome
What changed
Cheater reports dropped 71% in the first wipe cycle. Admin wipe-day workload fell from six hours to forty minutes. Average tick rate climbed from 28 to 56.
